Coastal Cruisers E-Bike Tasting Tours – Saint Augustine, FL

1. What is included in the Coastal Cruisers E-Bike Tasting Tour?

Our guided e-bike tasting tour includes a premium electric bike rental, a local expert guide, and stops at some of Saint Augustine’s best local breweries, wineries, and distilleries. Tastings at select locations are included, along with bottled water and light snacks.


2. How long is the tour?

The full experience lasts approximately 2.5 to 3 hours, including riding time and tasting stops.


3. Do I need to know how to ride a bike?

Yes. All riders must have basic biking skills. Our e-bikes are easy to use and suitable for most fitness levels.


4. What should I bring?

We recommend bringing:

  • A valid government-issued ID (for tastings)

  • Sunscreen & sunglasses

  • Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes

  • A small backpack or bag for personal items


5. Is alcohol consumption required?

Not at all! While we do offer tastings at each stop, you're welcome to skip any alcohol and simply enjoy the ride, scenery, and history. Non-alcoholic options are often available.


6. Are helmets provided?

Yes! Safety is a top priority. Helmets are included and highly suggested. If you choose not to wear one, you will mark on the release of liability form you were offered a helmet and declined to wear one. 


7. What is the age requirement?

Riders must be 18 or older to participate in the tour and 21+ to drink alcohol. IDs will be checked at tasting locations.


8. Do I need to be in good physical condition?

Our e-bikes provide electric assistance, making the ride fun and manageable for most adults. However, you should be comfortable riding for 1–2 hours with short breaks.


9. What happens in case of bad weather?

Tours run rain or shine, but in the case of severe weather (lightning, storms, etc.), we’ll either reschedule your tour or offer a full refund.


10. Can I book a private or group tour?

Absolutely! We offer private tours for special occasions, corporate outings, and groups of 2 to 4. Contact us directly to customize your experience.


11. Where do we meet?

The tour begins and ends at our downtown Saint Augustine location. Full address and parking details will be included in your confirmation email.


12. Is tipping the guide expected?

Tips are not required but are always appreciated if you enjoyed the experience!


13. What is your cancellation policy?

We offer full refunds for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
